Americas Bikepacking - Find A Biuddy

I'd consider a mid-west 2wk trip in August with some National Parks if with an expirenced buddy.

Are there any good safe long rides in S America like EV routes in Europe?

I know of the Morocco Tubkal trek. A bike version shown in ATB is news to me. Maybe winter. Anyone?
